Hello to our ARH Family and Friends! I sincerely hope you have enjoyed your summer and are ready to embark on the Fall season that ever-so-quickly approaches us. Here at the ARH Foundation, we have loved spending our summer sharing special moments with each of you at events like Camp Noah and our system-wide, one-year flood anniversary events.
I have been fortunate to be able to meet many of you and hear your stories of compassion, kindness, and generosity. While we serve Eastern Kentucky and Southern West Virginia primarily—with the opening of a Lexington Clinic to come next month—I realize that our ARH family and friends extend far beyond state lines.
As I reflect on how each of you have shared so much of your love and kindness with us, I want to be sure to thank our community partners, volunteers, donors, friends, and family that made our Hope Rising School Supply Drive possible. It is because of your generous gifts that we can live our mission and that the drive was such as success. This event is merely one example of things that are made possible because of people like you.
As we move into the next season, I welcome you to reach out to me or the Foundation staff to discuss ways that you would like to see our mission further engrained in your community. You see, our mission is not possible without you. Again, thank you to all of the people that make it possible to continue with our work. Words will never suffice, but we hope that you realize how grateful we are to work together to Invest in Appalachia.
