ARH ConnectedCare is a new and exciting way to access healthcare offering you more ways to connect to your provider. Instead of a traditional face-to-face visit, ARH ConnectedCare uses technology to link you and your healthcare team. Connect remotely with ARH primary and specialty care physicians and get the care you need when and where you need it the most. It’s safe and convenient with three different options.

ConnectedCare Anywhere connects you to your provider without requiring you to actually go into the physician’s office – you can see your physician from anywhere!
Use your mobile phone, tablet or a computer and webcam to connect with your provider from wherever you are. Contact your local ARH clinic to make an appointment!
With ARH ConnectedCare, you don’t need to travel to your provider’s office; you can see them from the comfort of your home, car or workspace. You avoid the risk of exposure to germs in the waiting room. Parking or child care hassles disappear and you only need to take minimal time off work.
Don’t have the technology or internet access? ARH has you covered! With our ConnectedCare Curbside program, you can still see your provider remotely from the comfort of your car.
When it’s time for your appointment, all you need to do is drive into our clinic and park in the designated Curbside area. After you call to check in, a clinic staff member will bring you an eScreen (phone, tablet or computer) so that you can interact in real time with your provider.
ConnectedCare Curbside uses a combination of social distancing and personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent risk of exposure to bacteria, viruses, and allergens, which is important during the COVID-19 outbreak. Vulnerable patients without access to technology or internet can still get the care they need without entering the provider’s office.
Connected Care Clinics connect you to a remote provider from inside designated ARH clinics.
Visit the designated ARH clinic office and check in for an appointment like you normally would. When it’s time for your appointment, you will be connected with your specialist using a tablet, computer or other telemedicine equipment.
ConnectedCare Clinics have specialized telemedicine equipment that enables specialty care providers to see and hear the same things they would during in-person visits. These include stethoscopes, otoscopes, exam cameras and more. This helps the specialist to provide the same great level of care as in-person visits but without the need for patients to travel long distances.
