ARH Foundation For Healthier Communities Donates $3,000 to Community Agricultural Nutritional Enterprises, Inc. for Community Christmas Dinner
Hazard, KY – The ARH Foundation for Healthier Communities is proud to announce a $3,000 donation to Community Agricultural Nutritional Enterprises (CANE), Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to providing nutritious meals to individuals in the Letcher County area. This donation will help support CANE, Inc.’s annual Community Christmas Dinner, ensuring that over 500 people in need have access to a warm meal this holiday season.
CANE, Inc. has been serving the Letcher County community for years, offering free meals to individuals and families facing food insecurity. Through its kitchen, CANE, Inc. provides not only nourishment but also support for those who need it most.
“We are honored to support the important work that CANE, Inc. does for the people of Letcher County,” said Angela Bailey, Executive Director of the ARH Foundation. “This holiday season, we hope that we can help people to feel loved and supported.”
The ARH Foundation is committed to furthering healthcare, education, and community involvement throughout Eastern Kentucky and Southern West Virginia by supporting local organizations like CANE, Inc. The ARH Foundation’s donation will be used to help purchase food and supplies for the event, which will serve over 500 individuals in need.
