Community Grant Application
Our Community Grant program helps the ARH Foundation to fulfill our mission to further healthcare, education, and community involvement in Eastern Kentucky and Southern West Virginia through philanthropy and fundraising for Appalachian Regional Healthcare.
In accordance with our mission the Foundation will accept grant applications on a continuing basis from non-profit organizations within our service area. Grants will not exceed $5,000. All proposals must fall withing the following guidelines:
- Sound plan to increase the health and wellbeing of a group or community within the ARH Service Region.
- Specific and measurable goals for project evaluation
- Desire to promote coordination and collaboration among organizations or institutions to prevent duplication of services
- Evidence of realistic organizational planning and management
